Technology applied to operational reality

I see opportunities for simplification where others only see routine. DN Automation comes from this practical way of looking at work.

I work from operational reality and see opportunities for simplification where others only see routine.

Day to day, I deal with real operations, technical support, internal processes and tasks that continue to be done in the slowest, most exhausting way simply because “it has always been like this”.

That is where I started automating things. First out of necessity. Then because I saw the impact that small improvements can have when they target the right problem.

Over time, I created scripts, bots, integrations, alerts, internal tools and small custom systems to reduce manual work, remove unnecessary steps, avoid mistakes and make processes lighter.

I am not interested in technology for its own sake. I want to understand how the work happens, find what is blocking the operation and build something useful to solve it.

The answer is not always a large system. Sometimes the difference is a simple script, a solid integration, a timely alert or an internal tool that removes a repetitive task.
