About me

I’m the person behind DN Automation. I work daily with operations, technical support and real-world processes. I see people (including myself) losing hours in repetitive tasks, slow systems and steps that don’t really add value.

Out of necessity, I started automating processes inside the company where I work. First it was small things, like simplifying annoying daily steps. Then bots, scripts and internal tools started to appear, making the work faster and more organised.

After seeing the impact that had, I decided to open some space to do the same for other companies. The idea is to use the experience I already have working with systems, teams and operations and apply it in similar contexts.

The process is simple: I look at how the work is being done, identify what is slowing things down or causing errors and build solutions focused on those points. I’m not interested in selling “tech” just for the sake of it. I care about solving concrete problems in a practical way.

DN Automation is exactly that: using automation in a direct, objective way to free up time, reduce errors and make the working day a bit lighter.
