About Me

I'm the person behind DN Automation.

I work from the reality of operations and see opportunities for simplification where others only see routine.

Day to day, I deal with real operations, technical support, internal processes and tasks that often keep being done in the slowest, most exhausting way possible just because "it's always been like this".

It was in this context that I started automating things. First out of necessity. Then, because I began to see, in practice, the impact small improvements can have when they target the right problem.

Over time, I created scripts, bots, integrations, alerts, internal tools and small custom systems to reduce manual work, cut out useless steps, avoid mistakes and make day-to-day processes lighter.

I'm not interested in doing "tech for the sake of doing it". What interests me is understanding how the work is really happening, finding what's blocking the operation and building something useful to solve it.

The answer isn't always a big system. Sometimes the difference is in a simple script, in a solid integration, in an alert at the right time or an internal tool that eliminates a repetitive task that should have stopped existing already.

DN Automation comes from exactly this way of looking at work: less theory, less noise, less unnecessary complication and more practical solutions to real problems.
